The ramen itself was fair (only built-in yourself). The prices are too high. (17$ for glass of wine? 11$ for beer). There is no... service but still charged with 18%, for what? You order on your own smartphone and can pay only in credit card. Wouldn't be myfirst option... Read more
Before this, I had never a gluten free ramen that was any good. Usually it is a super plain broth with rice noodles. Anyway,... this one was so good. Good noodles that taste like ramen. We needed a bowl of hot noodle soup in this cold and windy weather and Yama Ramen came to the rescue. We ordered takeout and the... staff checked in on us multiple times to make sure we were okay placing the order online. We ordered two build-your-own ramenand this is what we think - Tonkotsu broth and char siu were delicious. Molten eggs and tofu were cold. I suppose they expectthe hot broth to warm them up. But the broth really wasn?t that hot, it was warm at best. Maybe they were afraid of burningpeople with the hot broth?! Not sure but we are grateful to have found Yama Ramen in Mammoth! Read more
