They need to worry more about who they staff and quality of food. We ordered 4 western burgers and they were all cooked... horribly. Very rubbery, the bacon was over cooked, and the buns were very hard and stale. The staff was very rude and most ofthem were either bickering and on their phones worried about personal issues rather than service. There was no hospitality andthere were incredibly long wait times. If you want to get your food fast and are really hungry I'd go somewhere else becausethis place is very inefficient. Breakfast was ok and kind of quick before we hit the trails. I had the chicken biscuit combo was very good..and lady at the window was very nice
I don't mind waiting when the food is great, but it looked like it was theown together and smashed into the bag. Wouldnt matter... so much if it didnt cost so much more than other fast food chains. Really looking forward to this, so it was justdisappointing. Read more
