I’m not one to leave reviews because everyone has their opinion; I was in the mood for chicken Marsala, didn’t want to drive... to AC so I figured we go there. We walked into the door not to be greater by stared at, the older woman who stands at thepodium that talks more then works gave me a dirty look as she’s looking at with her nose in the air I asked for a table fortwo! She said oh right this way. As she threw the menus on the table, she threw the “ special” paper and said these are thespecials for tonight as walked away as the paper fell on the floor she walked over to a table that was getting ready to leave . After sitting there for 20 minutes without being approached by anyone, I finally turned around and asked the server behind mewho was running around like crazy ( was not busy) excuse me, I see you are really busy and I’m sorry, but can you please findour server. Super nice, sure . She walks over to the menu thrower who was standing at the podium ( not sure what she said )and the menu thrower said( as loud as could be) , give me a break I just say her down, I was saying goodbye to my family (mother). 20 minutes is a long time to be “ just sat” , from there on, our food took forever o come out ( again notcrowded, maybe only 5 tables) we had the entertainment of the menu thrower ( hostess) be extremely rude to customers as shethrew menus on the table. Good finally came out, my chicken Marsala had no flavor, barely any sauce, portion for the price wassmall. My sons chicken franchise was very tart as if they only used lemon for juice. Overall, customer service is terrible,hostess needs to wear clothes that’s more appropriate for restaurant setting, food was cold and gross. Let’s just say.. that will be our last time at Brazzi’s. Our white pizza was delish. Don’t waste your money on $14 strawberry salad. It’s a handful of spinach and maybe two sliced... strawberries , a few pecans and some hearts of palm. Nothing special, def not with $14. Read more
It seems that not all of the pizza there is wood-fired/brick oven, but I'm not 100% sure of that. The pie we got (a regular... plain pizza) definitely did not have that distinct flavor or texture. Either way, the crust was as tough as leather - my jawactually hurt after 2 slices. The sauce is very wet, tangy, overly herby and it makes for a pretty floppy slice. Convenientlocation, but not really worth the expensive price. Also, strange atmosphere there... Perhaps we caught them on a bad day, butI'll try somewhere else before going back. Read more
