The store was spacious and clean with plenty of seating. Our server was friendly and accommodating, if a little forgetful. There... were long gaps of time where we did not see him. The food was good enough, but nothing amazing. Read more
Negative stars if I could. The food took over 30 mins to come out but that wouldn?t have been an issue if our server had came... and checked on us in those 30 minutes. Drinks took 10 minutes to come out after we weren?t greeted for 10 minutes and hadanother table that sat behind us get greeted like 2 minutes after they sat. I ordered grits and cheese an an appetizer and itcame out with the food and I asked to send it back cause it wasn?t made how they normally make it and she said the managerdoesn?t let them take things off the check. I didn?t eat it and I didn?t want it 30 mins after I had ordered it and Rosa wasrude and trying to argue when I kindly asked her to speak to her manager about the grits. Our server was William. Let me point out that william and his service gets 5 stars. I put 2 stars because of his serving... coworkers and the manager on shift. The receipt says the manager was Cassandra and she shouldn't be a manager. We watchedWilliam ask for help from everyone multiple times and they all told him no, gave him attitude, or just walked away. Cassandrawas on her phone and borderline hostile towards him. One other waitress came to us and with an attitude told us he was "confusedand all over the place with his tables so she'll take care of us for now" but he was doing fine. And then she told him we wereupset because she thought he forgot my kids milk. The way his coworkers and manager treated our server is upsetting. And the wayCassandra speaks to people is not okay. She's condescending and fake. I didnt need to know you're glad they let William serve orthat he was hired to be a host after I tried to make sure he alone got my tip. And I didn't need to be rudely pressured intoseeing the computer for myself. Do better and treat your staff better. And get off your phone and help your employees. Read more
Slowest service ever, servers incapable of good service. It's the closet ihop to us so we always come here. It's painful to wait... for your food. We've had the same server twice and she is rude and seriously needs to find a new profession. Want a refill? Lolnot there, by the time they get back to you, your food is expired! Read more
