Some of the staff (at least the guy who works mornings) will straight up refuse to make items they don?t feel like making. This... has happened numerous times and other employees will tell you that it?s available he just simply doesn?t want to do hisjob. This speaks to poor management and has created a really poor experience for folks who happen to come in when employeeslike this are working. ?All we have is black coffee and fountain drinks.?
