Food was delicious, service was good, the restaurant is so cool on the inside, but the music was way too loud.\nAnd the 2 fried... Tortillas and crackers came in a zip lock bag, in a basket. What a waist of plastic, polluting, and straight up ghetto way toserve... Read more

*5 stars for a food, food presentation, atmosphere in general. We?ve got a dish which was served in half of pineapple!\n*2 stars... for a service. Our waitress didn?t speak good English, which is fine. My husband is Hispanic, I speak a little. We asked for awater and she brought bottled water, we told her we didn?t order bottled water and I swear, she turned around and did the eyeroll.\nWhen she was back, my husband asked if she could bring just tap water, she said they don?t serve it. Yes, I got it now,but could she mention it before!? I believe they haven?t signed any contract with Coke/ Pepsi so they could have fountain drinksand tap water.\nThen I asked for a small frozen piña colada margarita. I couldn?t taste any alcohol in it, but it was stillyummy, so I kept it anyway. At the check she charged us for ?Virgin piña colada??why!? ???? so she messed it up and got thewrong drink. Also asked if our plates were coming with everything mentioned on the menu (it wasn?t clear), she wasn?t sure????????????\nAnyway, I?m not sure if this particular waitress wasn?t professional (I?d say she was annoyed by serving us), thisplace needs a good training in waiting service! I?m in Restaraunt business over 5 years and this was unexpectable service.\nWestill had a good time though!\n(Pineapple fish and Medium Mango frozen Margarita pictured) Read more

We went to this restaurant couple weeks ago and it was ok but they can do better for the high prices being charged for food. The... seafood platter was salty and we could not even eat it. The manager was nice enough to remove from our bill. Ceviche was goodand the only thing we ate due to platter being extremely salty. The tortillas and salsa were not good either. Stale and salsawas watery. Mango margarita was ok. We thought food would be better but it was mediocre and the prices are high. Managementshould consider investing more time in food quality if they want to charge those prices, the food should at least be worth it. Read more
