I love that the new Starbucks on Hoadly has a drive-through. My latte, that I get, they do it to perfection. The problem that I... see is sometimes I get drinks/food for other people and apparently the register at the window can?t do a receipt so they have totake time to go over to the other side of the store and I always feel bad that it?s taking time. The order was correct, but that's about it. I went in there this morning, 10 people are working inside a busy store, and it... sounds like a library. I ordered about 20 minutes prior to arriving, so everything was already ready.....except the peopleworking there did not call out any orders so I had to ask after standing there for 5 minutes. This isn't the first time I'veexperienced this at this particular location - a customer in line even pointed out to the crew that there doesn't seem to be anycommunication going on. If there were other options in this area, I would not hesitate to go over to them, because if I take thetime to pre-order, I don't have time to stand around waiting, which is the whole point of the app. Read more
