Great spot for take away, but they also have casual seating if you want table service. Service was great, with the... waitress/cashier sharing her favorites, and their specialities. They do have some GF options as well! I tried the famous chickentenders, and they were fantastic. Ordered the 8 piece Ritz Cracker tenders, with fries. Came with 8 huge tenders and a wholeplate of fries, enough for two meals. Read more
I hate to give 2 star because their food is great. BUT I do not like the fact that they close at 9pm and starting at 7:45 they... take their phones off the hook. I called 19 times and busy, busy, busy. My boyfriend called as well and busy. Tried for 30 minand constantly busy. This is not the first time this has happened. So the first time I came here I was turned away at the door because they were too backed up with orders (totally understandable... in today's world). We've tried to visit on other days but the hours seem to be a bit sporadic and we were not successful. Butthis week, I was finally able to give Charlie's another try. We ordered online and we live within 30 minutes of Charlie's so itwas ready just as we arrived. Our order was correct and they made an accommodation for the kids and we appreciate it so much.Chicken was so juicy and full of taste. Though the haddock was dry, still good and the kids enjoyed it.
