I was in there today around 12pm this afternoon at which it was pretty busy and I want to say the manager behind the counter was... by herself trying to make sandwiches along with take orders. She did a fine job holding composure along with meeting the needsof everyone she was waiting on. She apologized for being delayed at which was no problem for me as I noticed that she was veryshort staffed. I have worked in customer service in the past and know how tough it can be being by yourself at times with abunch of customers. I definitely enjoy the food and the customer service as I come in often. I also appreciate the fundraisingthat the company does as I am a firefighter/AEMT and I know the company was founded by firefighters so I greatly appreciate whatthey do. Read more
