We ordered from the South Willow St. Manchester, NH location for the first time last weekend, It was Saturday afternoon and... understandably busy. When we got home and opened the bags, it was pure disappointment, our subs, were a steak bomb and steakand cheese and they looked like burnt frozen Steak em?s from the school cafeteria. My boyfriend called and we were given acredit for our next visit, which we used today. My boyfriend was happy with his sub and said ?They definitely redeemedthemselves!? Me on the other hand, not so much!! I ordered another steak bomb and received a something not even remotelyclose!! The sub I was given was some sorta spicy shredded chicken. I can?t eat spicy food, and I?m not a fan of shreddedchicken so this wasn?t something I could just bite the bullet and eat it. I?ve tried calling several times and continue to geta recording stating to try calling back. I?m done trying to call them. I gave them one chance and they didn?t fulfill myexpectation. I gave them a second chance because things happen, and the opportunity to make things right, but with that said,one would think they would go above and beyond to make sure things are perfect considering the circumstances from the firstexperience, that didn?t happen, they failed miserably!! We just went for lunch for the first time. They were super busy but everyone working was efficient and friendly and we got... through the line quickly. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch in a bowl. I like that you can get all the subs in a wrap, or a bowlif you don?t want the bread. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back. Read more
Ahh Yes!!! I am so so happy that Jersey Mike?s is finally in New Hampshire. I order from here at least once a month. A few times... they have gotten my order wrong and really. I?m not sure why because its a simple order but it doesn?t matter because I alwayshave great customer service and the food always tastes great no matter what! Without a doubt a welcomed addition to the cities "submarine sandwich scene". I love the way they do everything. The meat and... cheese is sliced fresh for every single sandwich right in front of your eyes! Sandwich made to order precisely, but if youjust say, "I want it Mike's Way", you're in for a treat. I used to be ½ owner of a sub and pizza shop, and Jersey Mikes doesit right! I highly recommend this establishment. Read more
