We have always had a great meal at Pappy's until today. I ordered a buffalo chicken Caesar salad. The lettuce and cukes were... soggy and wilted as we're the croutons. If I had noticed at the restaurant I would have brought it back. Ended up throwing itout. Chicken was fine. Read more

We have been to Pappy’s many times over the years and have always had great experiences. We went Last Friday and I don’t... know what happen. We ordered an appetizer and the appetizer didn’t come out until most of the meal was served. We orderedseason fries with one of the meals and they came out without seasoning. We mentioned it to the waitress and she said she couldbring out some seasoning. We also ordered garlic bread with cheese. Some bread was brought to the table in a little loaf. Wetouched the bread to look inside to see if the cheese was hidden inside and it wasn’t. We told the waitress we had ordered thegarlic bread with cheese and this wasn’t that. She picked the bread up and proceeded to walk over to the other side of therestaurant and put it on somebody else’s table. When we were leaving I asked to speak to a manager. A younger girl asked whatwas going on. I told her first about the appetizers and she said “ there is nothing we can control hon. It’s gettingbusy.” We have ordered appetizers many times there and this has never been an issue. We wouldn’t order appetizers if weknew we couldn’t have them until the meal. I told her about the incident with the bread and she didn’t look to bothered byit. She said she would talk to the waitress. I wasn’t feeling confident that would happen by her lack of reaction. I know Iwould be horrified if I was served bread from another persons table that was touched. I don’t normally complain but I justwant this to hopefully be a learning lesson for the future. This is the first time we had an issue here and the food has alwaysbeen amazing. This night we noticed the owner wasn’t there and it was definitely an off night. Read more
