On webster street waiting for a chicken parm. Been waiting for 15 mins when the pick up time was ten mins prior to that. All... i can see and hear is giggling from the kitchen and food being thrown around. Its clear why i dont have my order. Andwill never come back (dining room empty. No line). Read more

Ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza at 8:05. The girl at the counter said the food would be ready in 20. I arrived right on time. I... waited awhile and it wasn?t until 7:45 I asked for the status of my pizza cause I had been waiting in the resultant for 20minutes. The girl at the counter said they were working on it and it was only going to take a couple minutes. I didn?t leaveuntil 9:05 & when I got home the pizza wasn?t even sliced. We tried Pizza 911 on Webster St. last night and had a terrible experience. The young woman at the front desk was very nice but... everything else was awful. We placed an order for PICKUP and it took ONE HOUR AND 33 MINUTES for a small pizza and order ofchicken tenders. We were quoted 40 minutes at time of order. When we arrived the lobby was full of people waiting to pickup. Onewoman who was running between the front and the kitchen said they were short staffed. She also came out at one point and saidthe pizzas would be out of the oven in 8 minutes! It was another hour and 12 minutes before we got our pizza. I understand beingshort staffed but why did they continue to take so many orders or why did they not warn people of the LONG delay? Where was themanager on duty to apologize to customers or distribute coupons or refunds for the issues they were having? Instead, you justwatch them continue to take orders and get even more backed up. On top of it, I watched them hand out food that had been sittingunder a small heat lamp for over an hour while waiting on pizzas! I said I would give them another shot if the food wasdelicious but it wasn?t. Our chicken tenders were barely warm and were tough (probably from sitting for an hour) and I don?tknow how the pizza wasn?t bubbling hot when we finally got it but it was luke warm and not good. To say we were frustrated anddisappointed was an understatement and the wait was a complete waste of time after a long day of work. I hate to leave negativereviews but this was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had and I think the managers or owners need to know so thisdoesn?t happen to others. Read more
