Delicious food! We ordered at the drive thru and the speaker box was very soft couldn't really hear the employee. But food was... amazing, so fresh. Read more
I'm not calling out all the staff; there's definitely some that aren't professional or courteous. Almost like they're miserable... and don't want to deal with people or even work. The food there was awesome but as far costumer service goes; expect to bedisappointed. Now for the wait in line time. They might as well put up signs saying E.T.A on when it's your turn to order. Took30-45minutes to get my food around 7:30pm. If you order inside, they prioritize drive thru. You'll be waiting longer. Like Isaid, atleast the food was good and fresh; not evey staff is miserable. Just expect the worst attitude wise so you don't leavedisappointed; it's understandable that long lines leave the staff feeling pressured, but If you can't handle the heat... get outof the kitchen. Giving a 2 star for a couple reasons. 1st very slow service. I understand everyone is short staffed and all but I waited at the... drive thru for 7 minutes before anyone came to the speaker to ask what I wanted to order. This was right around lunch time andthere was only 1 car in front of me. I ordered the 12 piece bucket of chicken. She told me my order and said pull forward.Everything was correct on the order except for the chicken. I had asked specifically if the chicken was spicy and she said no wehave a original chicken that's not spicy. When I got home and everyone started eating my mother in law whom can't eat spicyfoods due to health reasons said this chicken is SPICY!! Come to find out they gave me 8 pieces of SPICY chicken and 4 Originalchicken. Obviously that's NOT what I had ordered!! The original chicken was delicious ???? Read more
The chicken at the Manchester, NH location is about 3/5. I haven?t experienced any of their other offerings so I cannot rate... those. As noted by another opinion writer, the outside is a little sad looking as far as lot and landscaping? but given it?sfast food it?s not that unexpected, though other chain fast food restaurants have managed to do much better in those regards. What really lost them points for me was that the franchisee of the Manchester Popeyes has declined to honor the companies highlypromoted 5 piece chicken deal for $6.99 (declines deal when using online ordering app).
