This place is just OK, nothing special. Cheese steak was good.I'd advise against the pasta with broccoli in garlic and oil... because it is hands down the worst I've ever tasted. They had to have boiled the broccoli and pasta together because that'sexactly what the pasta tasted like. It was so gross, I threw the entire thing in the garbage. I'm still hungry.... Read more
I've been a customer of Linda's for years with mixed experiences. This last one was for me the final straw. I get it that with... inflation prices are up, however I ordered a half meatball sub, which I was charged $12 for! Not so long ago I paid $4 for thesame sandwich. I cannot understand raising prices 3 times over - and also charging 3% for using a card to pay. As a senior,paying over $14 for a small sandwich with 2 meatballs is absolutely absurd. I just wanted to say how pleased I was with the customer service at Linda's!!! I live out of state and was trying to buy dinner... for my parents since my mother had surgery. Other Italian restaurants would not let me order from out of state but Linda's wentabove an beyond! I ordered online and called before placing my order online. Linda was wonderful on the phone and then called meback after I placed the order online to let me know she got my order. Thank you for taking the stress out of helping my parentswith dinner! Order from here all the time. The food is usually amazing. Today I ordered the cheesesteak panini special all the topping (I... asked for no cheese) called the restaurant to let them know, they asked if I wanted to have it re-made or refunded. I orderedthis for lunch so I asked to have it re-made, mind you I?ve already waited over an hour for it to come at this point. After Ihang up they call me back asking for the Panini back, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will NEVER order from here again. Extremelyannoyed and disappointed!!!!! If I could have given them 0 stars I would have say yourself the trouble and order from somewhereelse because the customer service alone is sickening. Read more
