I love the food here! There is so much to choose from, and the staff has been helpful and friendly everytime. It's a bit... pricey, and most of the time it is crowded, but it is worth the wait. They do have an app where you have the option to orderahead if waiting in lines becomes an inconvenience. Definitely recommend this place! Read more

I ordered online. They sent me my order almost an hour later. There were no napkins or cutlery in my bag. It was also not at all... what I ordered. It wasn't the right protein. It wasn't the right toppings. You can't even call the store to see if they can sendyou a new one. You have to go through the app and all they give you is a free entree. Customer service was great! But the service was very slow. I had to wait in line 30 mins before actually ordering. They do give... small portion sizes, so I requested double everything on my burrito bowl. I had a few problems with my order: (1) My chicken wascrunchy and (2) the large guacamole I ordered was very bland; it tasted like water as if they forgot to add salt. Cleanliness might be an issue. Visited again in Nov @ 3 pm, still untidy, food all over the counter especially in back by the... grill, flies buzzing around food. Noticed the cook rearrange and remove containers off the back counter but never attempted towipe off the scraps of food - very unsightly, ?unsanitary.
