Wonderful service, tender steak, moist chicken, crab cakes were ok. I really wanted the scallop appetizer but my hubby wanted... the crab. Good creme brulee and I still have my cheesecake and tiramisu to enjoy today. A variety of wine choices. This was honestly one of the best meals I've had in a while! And the atmosphere is super inviting and the staff is amazing!
I love this place. The food is very tasty, from salmon to burger to bacon wrapped dates and cakes. The drinks are great. They... haven't failed me. Nice atmosphere and most important, the staff is rather attentive and friendly. I highly recommend thisplace. Read more
No wait, the food was UHMAZING!!! The salmon was a little over cooked on the salmon Benedict. The place had kind of a weird... smell. The staff was super nice and very attentive. We had bloody Mary’s and mimosas, which were very good and had a goodamount of alcohol. Overall this place was great and the food was very good! Read more
I have Gluten allergies (Celiacs) and they are a great place to eat. Had the lobster scramble with potatoes for breakfast today... and it was delicious. The menu rotates a bit so there's always something new to try and if you have concerns Caleb, the ownerand cook, will come speak with you to make sure everything is cooked how you want it or need it. Also the bar serves someunique cocktails and has a great staff to make high quality drinks that complement the meals. Well here we go again, this time a new state! Many would say oh Kansas huh, what did you have mashed potatoes and biscuits and... gravy! Well the first outting has proven this could not be further from the truth. This restaurant is nestled away in whatappeared to be downtown Manhattan. From the outside, it appeared it was just going to be like a mom and pop shop, which wereally enjoy anyway! Upon our entry it was immediately evident this was far from ordinary. The size was very small yetcomfortable. It was cozy yet very modern and a very familiar feeling like you have always been there. The bar looked wellstocked with the bartender awaiting an order. We get to our table and were promptly greeted by our very attentive and extremelyfriendly Waiter. Once he knew it was our first time, he took the time to break down the menu which was very unique andrefreshing. Now to the good stuff, the food! We started off with the potatoes Bravo. We had no idea what it was but washighly recommended. Once it was brought out, our confusion was setting in a bit trying to figure out exactly what it was. Honestly it didn't matter, it was incredible. Flavors and spices were present in ways never practiced on a potato with a redsauce that could nearly be eaten and enjoyed by itself. We crushed it quickly and happily. Next was the entree. She had thebistro steak and I had the bolognease. As soon as they were brought out, I immediately wished I had gotten the steak. Notbecause mine wasn't good, but hers was absolutely phenomenal. Mine was similar to a lasagna or spaghetti with a delicious tasteand great pasta. Hers came with a steak, a fine cut potato below it and grilled cauliflower. I never realized potatoes couldbe cut that fine and the steak had a flavor that can not truly be described other than saying it was delicious and had what feltlike a shadow flavor that was unknown as well. This is a very special place! The owner is a local veteran and cares about the community. The ingredients are locally sourced... and the seafood is picked up daily. The atmosphere is classy and inviting with art from local artists are hanging on thewalls. The menu is small and changes with the seasons, however there are daily specials off menu so be sure to ask. Now forthe food, wow! Each bite is like fireworks of flavors and textures. The chef expertly combines textures in perfect balanceand the flavors build and complement eachother. It's fresh and delicious and I'm gonna be going back to try the rest of themenu! Speaking of the rest of the menu, they have a great cocktail menu with classics and new creations.
