Food was absolutely amazing, I?m from Mississippi and the food was better than anything I?ve had back home! All you need is a... good staff and some efficiency and you will boom seriously! It was amazing but the wait was just too much, fast food is a 5minute wait great dining takes 45 mins max on a wait and you are great dining! I truly hope it gets better but we are thecustomers and the customer is always right, telling people to go somewhere else is exactly what you will get! We we're here for a friend's birthday dinner. The restaurant is set up to make you feel comfortable. The food was delicious. The... buffet consisted of sausage jambalaya, drunken fish, steamed vegetables, and more. The staff is very friendly and courteous.There is a separeate room to rent to hold a small gathering. Catfish excellent. Fries were homemade butter biscuit was outstanding salad had a bunch of dry carrots on it. Lettuce was... fresh but carrots tasted like they came out of a bag Look forward to eating there again. Workers very sweet. Read more

I hope it gets better. It's hard to start up a new restaurant, especially as the only Cajun one in town Tonight was our second... attempt at ordering MamaDeaux's through Wildcat2go. The first time after 2 hours we found out the order had been cancelled bythe restaurant but they didn't bother to let the pickup drivers know. Wildcat was awesome enough to offer us a credit which weused tonight to try again. It took 2 hours to get 2 meals and an appetizer. The beans and rice were not pretty and actuallypretty scarce looking but they were good. The catfish was really good. The sides were not that great though. I went to MamaDeaux's around 8 pm for the first time. They close at 9pm on that day. I was impressed with the decor inside of... the restaurant and the quickness of the server. The food does take some time to come to your table after ordering and we werethe only ones in the restaurant. It was the best catfish I have ever had! It was delicious. Well worth the wait! The red beansand rice, catfish, Mac and cheese and the mashed potatoes are to die for. I spoke with the owner, "Q". She was very nice andappreciative!
