Ordered $40 worth of food? the only thing warm was the jalapeño poppers. I threw the majority of the food in the trash. Cold... and stale fries, soggy sandwich, cold turnover. Asked for no lettuce on sandwich due to a food allergy the sandwich had lettuce.Asked to replace it, which they did, and replacement sandwich was cold. The last 2 experiences have been horrible, my previous experience we ordered our food, and once we got home, which is less then... 5 mins down the road our food was cold. And this las experience we did not even get to order any food, as they were out of BEEF.Please explain to me, how Arby's the "we have the beef" chain, does not have beef. I have been to this arbys different times and the service is mediocre almost every time. I live in Lititz and this one is closer... to me than running to Ephrata if I want to get arbys. Recently, I ordered a french dip sandwich. I was greeted by nakesha (whichis what my receipt said) a person to which you could tell disliked her job and didn't want to be there, making me feel like Iwas an annoyance to her that she had to wait on me. Now granted, it appeared that only three employees were working, and theywere busy with the drive-thru. It probably was not a fun time for the employees, but you still have to have a professionaldemeanor and at least pretend that you want to be at your job. So that was ordering. Then upon receiving my food I watch onegirl prepare the french dip "au jus" which she had to due on the spot as it was not already made. When I got my french dip youcould still see chunks of powder from the instant "au jus". I have gotten french dip before from other arbys and never have Iever seen it like this. The presentation was just gross and I just ended up throwing it out. I will not be going to this arbysanymore. I have gone time after time and am tired of the low service standard that is practiced there. Also, I don't know ifthey can't retain employees or what but it seems low-staffed all the time. I will now be always going to Ephrata where I havenever had a bad experience. I do not recommend this arbys whatsoever. I did not want to write this but after the servicetoday....I feel my hands were forced. This place needs to get a whole lot better! Read more
