What the heck happened to this place? The hot roast beef sandwich with gravy used to be delicious. This was the only place I... would get them because I have tried them in other places and the beef was always cut thick and chewy and disgusting. Twin kisswas nice thin slices of juicey tender beef. NOT ANY MORE. It was that disgusting I threw it out. The beef was grissely andrare the bread was red with blood and the gravy was cold. Bye bye Twin kiss. The moment we walked in, it was as if we stepped back into the 1970s. The place was filled of happy smiling families and... teenagers all enjoying their burgers and icecream....and the staff was so polite and friendly and THEY ALL SPOKE ENGLISH!!!! Iwish there were 6 stars but since there are only 5, that's what we'll give it. We ordered 2 cheese steaks and they came out hotand fresh in less than 10 minutes, served with a friendly smile by Logan the cashier. The meat was so tender and savory; I dontknow which melted in my mouth first: the meat or the cheese? The bread was soft and fresh too. Twice in a row my crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich was burnt to a crisp and inedible. It has gone way downhill since Mark... left. They had no leadership in place when I was there. No one to hold the cooks accountable. You could see the inexperience asthey tried to prepare the food. Read more
Placed a largish order tonight via online at 8:15pm with an estimated ready time of 8:31pm. We got there a little after 8:30pm... and let them know we were there. We waited a bit and a gentleman told us he forgot to drop in the chicken for the sandwich andoffered us ice cream while we waited. That was very nice. However once the order was ready I looked through it and was missingfrench fries for the chicken sandwich basket. I went in and they gave me the fries. After getting home we saw the cheeseburgersub had tomatoes on it (requested without) and we were missing the extra mozzarella stick we paid for. Due to having to wait theextra time, our food was cold and we only live 5min away. We got back a 9:05pm. Totally understand things happen, but in aprevious experience a whole meal was missed, and I was expecting mistakes.
