Friendly staff and good food. I ordered the Italian panini, which tasted quite good. The fries were average. My daughter fell in love with the option of having peanut butter with her French toast, which now that I think about it should be more common. The kids also ordered hot chocolates, which one kid enjoyed more than the other. The portion size and amount of whipped cream were more impressive than the drink itself.
Absolutely unexpected. Most people don't expect something outstanding at a small Cafe, in a small town, but that's exactly what I got. Eaten here twice, and both times excellent service, and very good sandwiches. (Chicken bacon wrap/Club sandwich)The lattes are very good as well, but the item that really shines are the fries. There are restaurants that just get it when it comes to fries, and make you wonder "what do they know that 99% of other restaurants don't"? The regular fries are great, but the garlic and parmesan fries are next level. If your hungry, stop here for a good coffee, and a sandwich with garlic&parmesan fries. You won't be disappointed.
We were traveling with friends in the area and googled somewhere to eat breakfast. So pleased we choose Cedar Street Cafe. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. I chose the french toast with the vanilla bean sauce. It was the best I've ever had.
Awesome breakfast menu. Selection of omelets and my favorite biscuits and gravy with super tasty white sausage gravy and your choice of meat and eggs on top of the biscuits if desired, then completely smoothered in a ton of the previously mentioned gravy! Large servings! They have a great coffee shop inside also! Neg. is the limited hours i e. 8am to 2pm.
I'll NEVER go to Cedar Street Cafe again. ? My daughter called them ahead of time to arrange having a small birthday party for her daughter and offered to pay or rent the space or tables used. The employee she talked to said yes, and agreed and said it was ok. Then the day of the party, we got there with our guests and were told by the same employee that no we couldn't do that there! They had a completely EMPTY and UNUSED section of tables in the back room, in the back dinning area. We asked to use it and were told "no". Even though my daughter had gotten their agreement by phone in advance. There was no room for it in the front of the building as it's a very small, cramped place. ~So then we had to find another place on the day and time of the party... and change the location which had been put on the invitations, at the last minute, contact all the guests parents to tell them where we would be etc. ~ Thankfully a nearby restaurant gave us permission to have her party there. They were a LOT more friendly, helpful and nice. That is the restaurant that will get our business from now on!
Really friendly and amazing food! Guys your Mexican menu is on point.
Super cute restaurant with great food and great service. Nice touches around the place to make it feel really homey.
Fantastic staff and excellent coffee! Perfect lunch spot for our road trip. Hand cut fries hit the spot.
