The worst BBQ pulled pork ever. I have traveled all over this country and this place is really the worst pulled pork I have... every had. The first time it was bad. I ate half of it and threw the rest away. A year later I just had it again in Two Riverscar event and I could not believe I gave it a second chance. I could not even eat it. I threw the whole thing away. This man hasno clue what real BBQ is. The pulled pork is tuff with ZERO flavor. There BBQ sauce is awful to. They have a restaurant right onWashington street In Manitowoc and I have passed it 1000 times and I have never seen a single person walk in or out of thisplace. They have a food trailer they move around to events and this is the only way they can sell there AWFUL food. Brian needsto go to a BBQ school and learn what BBQ is. Low and slow with incredible flavor. Which Is not what he serves. I really mean itwhen I say Its the WORST BBQ I have ever had. To all who read this. Manitowoc is a big county with a small town feel. Wouldn?t recommend. Pulled pork has a weird taste, dry and more like the texture of jacklinks chew? Not sure how else to explain... that one. Brisket had decent flavor but extremely fatty. Mac and cheese?just stop. Throw it out and start over. The literalworst Mac and cheese my taste buds have ever encountered beyond over cooked and just terrible flavor.
