Our drinks were good once they eventually came? We waited 20 minutes for our drinks. What got me was the fully loaded counter of... mobile orders. The staff kept making more and more mobile order drinks and those in the lobby waited and waited? I told myhusband that I?m so glad we usually brew our coffee at home. If you go to Starbucks, definitely check out mobile orderingbecause it appears to have precedence over those physically present at this location. Read more
Can't go wrong with Starbuck. Kids love the breakfast sandwichs and the cake pops. Mom gets the coffee. The app is really... useful to earn stars and reload balance. Staff is friendly and it's clean. Read more
They employees here are really friendly, and they make great suggestions if you don't know what you want or if they are out of... what you want. They always make a special drink for our daughter with not too much sugar in it. They are really fast even whenthere are a lot of people out a long line in the drive thru. Read more
So this location was out of short cups that are plastic. I wanted a paradise drink for my kiddo. she immediately said would you... like a tall instead? You will have to pay for the tall price tho. I told her it's for my kid and I want the smallest size. Iasked if they had the hot cups in that size and if we could have it in that cup. She said let me check. She said no. Then shesaid you could could get a size tall and I will give you two cups. I said no thanks and asked if she could charge me for a shortbut use a tall and fill the drink not as full. She said no. She or her manager was ridiculous. In a normal world, if arestaurant is out of a cup and a customer wants that size you give the customer a size up no up charge. Plenty of times fastfood places have done that if they were out of a smaller cup. Thats called customer service! I ended up canceling my order. Read more
