I tried to give this place a second chance but once again I am very disappointed. Approximately two months ago I ordered cookies... and they were delivered two hours after the delivery time I had selected. Today I ordered cookies for somebody?s birthday andafter 30 minutes of not receiving them at the selected delivery time I contacted their customer service line. I found out thatthe store was not even open as employees had not shown up for the morning shift. They let me know that the establishment wouldnot be opening until 6 PM. I needed my cookies at 12:30 PM. If the store is closed then you should not be able to order onlineor through the app for delivery. Extremely disappointed.
