Staff is wonderful and the product is outstanding. This shop did fun activities like Toss Tuesday as well (not sure if they are... still doing it due to COVID at the moment). The staff tries to keep you engaged but also have some time to yourself if you'dlike. They offer product to make their shakes or tea at home if you'd like but do not push you into buying.
