Decided to treat my family to pizza today. This Pizza Hut was amazing, the staff was friendly and courtesy, they patiently... answered all of our questions. They informed us that our order would be ready in 15 minutes and we waited in our car. The manthat took our order brought our pizza out to us when we had forgotten the time. Disgusting customer service! Who spits on someone?s box of pizza because they have to take a flight of stairs? That is... unprofessional and disgusting!! The rude behavior of the employee was unnecessary. Wasn?t even concerned but rather make anexcuse for the driver saying it must be because you live on the third floor. Worst delivery ever! Ordered 8 wing & fries. Received 4 cold wings & those fries,didn't have a chance. But the Manager on duty... was Awesome! Although I had to drive up there. He made it worth coming out . He made good on his promises and gave me an awesomedeal! I suggest everyone order and just pick up their food here.
