The guy with the tattoo on his right arm. Maybe 5'6 or 5'7 with black hair was rude. I ordered two subs and I was helping my... friend order her sub. The guy told me to get back in the line if I was going to order a another one. When there was nobodybehind us.Then when my friend wanted a drink. The guy refuse to help her. The fact that he was doing absolutely nothing in theback and listening to music. She said hello more then once and he still didn't help her. I end up getting the drink for her. This was definitely not the best service...trainee was left alone making subs and cashing out while 2 other workers chilled out... in the back doing grad knows what!! 2 customers in front of me, my daughters and I waited 20 minutes to be waited on while hehelped the customer(s) before us, 1 left due to the wait, when we were finally served, he was friendly and polite, when did theyget ride of the yellow American cheese....we can no longer eat here without it...my youngest is meat and cheese only...wellwithout the yellow American just meat...anyway, we finally got our food only for the bread to be stale and flaky on the outsidebut soft in the middle....my oldest could barely eat the bread due to her braces....we have no problem any other subway withthis issue....needless to say will not be returning to this Subway!
