Very rude employees Mannington McDonald's. I called in my order as it was a very large order being placed during prime time... hours (which I have done many, many times at the Shinnston location when I lived closer to that location with no issues) thistime during my first attempt to call in the order at the Mannington location, the gentleman who answered the phone gave me aprice followed by "You can place your order at the drive thru when you get here." He then hung up the phone. My mouth dropped!!!I immediately called a second time. This time a female answered. She informed me that they do not accept call in orders due tothe possibility of waste. She then hung up without giving me an opportunity to respond. Third call, a different gentlemananswers, I made him aware that I had been employed by McDonald's for many years (intending to also let him know that I was veryaware that call in orders are a regular occurrence and appreciated when large orders) however, he interrupted me mid sentencewith, "Good for you!" Then hanging up! I did my very best to be understanding considering it was prime time. Living less than amile from the location I headed there only to find them with not a single customer in the drive thru or dining room. I placed myorder waited at window for it to be ready. Once I received it I asked the female employee working the second window who theManager On Duty was, "Jacob" was her response after looking towards the back of the store. I also asked her if there were anyother managers currently working. Her reply was, "No" My issue with that is that at least one male and one female employeeanswered the phone being extremely rude and hanging up on a customer who was simply trying to make the JOB THEY ARE PAID BY THEHOUR TO DO a little easier on them all. These people were as slow as turtles, 13 minutes after placing the order we got our food to sit down inside. The drive thru... people were getting theirs first. The food after the 13 minute wait was cold, unsalted fries and the Big Mac looked like adouble cheese burger with lettuce on it. They don't even deserve 1 star! Read more
My order is always right and the staff are always pleasant. I have never had any issues here. Food is good.
Clean facility, comfortable atmosphere. Employees were eager to help and got my food to me fast and with no fuss.
