Amazing gluten-free pizza! The crust is not your frozen Sysco variety but an actual crust that they prepare in-house. It has a... nice snap to it while still having a bit of lightness. The extra charge is worth the money since it is reflected in thequality. We tried the Amalfi and the Vegan. Both were excellent but because of the red sauce on the Vegan I would say it's thewinner. Their red sauce is the champion of pizza sauce! Very fresh and using the right tomatoes. I've been making my own gfpizza with imported flours from Italy for several years but would drive down to Manotick just to save me the trouble and get anequally amazing gluten-free pizza. Best pizza I've had in Ottawa so far. Had the halal combo and it was cooked to my request (thin and crispy, well-done). Although... it's a bit far in manotick, the outdoor seating is very nice. Read more
Thank you for taking my request in even though you were fully booked! The pizza is sooo freaking good. I wish I would have... bought a 3rd!!
