Spectacularly awful service. I pulled up to the drive-through at about 12:10 AM. Granted it's late, but it is open til 1. ... There is a car at the box, but he's not talking, just sitting there. I figured they were busy with the order ahead of his. After about 5 minutes I pulled up next to the guy and asked if they've said anything to him yet, he very frustratedly said no. So I drove around to the window to attempt to get someone's attention to let them know there were customers waiting. At first Ididn't see anyone. Then one employee came around with a trash barrel. She walked right by the window without noticing, oracknowledging, me. I gave a couple little honks, but got no response. She came back in to view, doing an awkward little dance,again not acknowledging my existence. I got out of my truck, and knocked on the window. I was naive and thought maybe she'sjust really concentrating and genuinely doesn't see me. Finally she made eye contact, but just long enough to shake her head"no" and go back to what she was doing. No "sorry we're closing early", no nothing. The lights were all on, nothing tosignify they weren't taking orders. So I drove back around to the drive-through to make sure the guy who was behind me knewwhat was going on and didn't waste any more of his time waiting. As I drove around, I saw another employee sitting at a tableby the front window eating, and yet another standing in the kitchen. Three employees, 45 minutes efore closing, and the most Icould get was a silent head shake. Needless to say I won't ever waste my time hoping that the employees at that location decideto do their job that day, and I suggest nobody else does either. Read more
I give Wendy?s 4???s Mainly cuz the food is always good, cheap, and the service is fast. This place is about convenience & also... has some healthy choices! Overall best fast food place around~in my opinion -favorite is the chili -also taco salad is great cuzthe chili comes w/it~ baked potato w/cheese & broccoli are great too! Read more
I came here late at night. The drive-through was long and slow. I asked for a chicken sandwich plain. I also requested fries... with no salt; needless to say, my needs were met. Whoever this kid is needs to be fired immediately, looked a mess, rude, smelled horrible. As soon as you pull up the drive thru... he yells ?WENDYS? and nothing else. You can?t even understand what he?s saying on his microphone that?s how loud he is. The foodwas cold and the fries/nuggets tasted of a burning taste as if they hadn?t changed the oil. Cold Baked potato with no butter and no sour cream. It came burnt. Chicken sandwich with no mayo and brown lettuce. Also didn't... put mayo on it. Bacon fries with one strip of bacon. Terrible app thats always broken. This location sucks. You're better offmaking the food yourself. Read more
