They don?t offer military discount in the drive thru. They said you have to get out to get it. I have 3 kids and don?t always... feel like getting out with them. I?ll pass and just go to the Walnut Creek location where I can get the discount and a correctorder. I ordered and paid for a 4 count but received a 3 count. I understand they are new and working things out but when Icalled about my incorrect order, I was told to bring the 3 count back and exchange it for the 4 count. What? My husband wasalready eating the 3 count. We got food because we were hungry. It?s so weird. But now I need to drive back to get the refundso since they will refund us, I?ll give 2 stars. They are nice and food very delicious!
Service was quick, and the food was hot and delicious. As far as food is concerned, this is definitely the best Chick-fil-A in... Mansfield. I was very sad to see there was no playground, which is the big reason for the loss of their 5th star. I don?t wantto drive across town for an indoor playground.
