I had 2 bad experiences at this location First was the driver marked my order delivered and got to be delivered 25 minutes after... the actual delivery frame. Second was last night when I place an order at 5:40pm and and I didn?t get my order until 8:15pm during the time of waiting I called severally to cancelled no one was picking. My kids waited for their dinner for that long Iwas so devastated I couldn?t put 4 children in the car that evening because my car was not available at that time. Did I mentionit was wrong order that was delivered after the time waited and wasted. I called again to let them know that the pizza was wrongorder, this time they picked and the lady Elizabeth said she will need to transfer the call to the manager which she did but noone picked. I was so disappointed I hard to quickly made needle for my lil ones at 8.30 because they were crying. At 9pm my carwas available I had to go to their store with all my kids and I met with someone who says he is the manager but he didn?tintroduce himself he acted as if he was expecting me to give me that huge attitude. He didn?t say a word to me as I was tellinghim what happened except that he was interrogating me. Eventually no one apologized for the whole experience anddissatisfaction. Most dysfunctional location I have ever seen. Being run by teenagers that have no clue. Arrived 30 min after ordering for... pickup, because it takes 2 hours for them to deliver. Told pizza in oven and almost done. 15 min later pizza not even made. Soanother 30 min later and behold pizza done. They put sign on door saying cash only because they are so backed up, heard girl saythis. How about getting management in to run or close because it's not pizza worth waiting 1.5 hours. Read more
Tried to order from here, usually great service. I was very disappointed not only with the service, but the interaction with an... employee. I made an online order and waited 30 minutes and my order still said "being prepared". I made a call to this locationand was told that they couldn't accept anymore deliveries and they tried to call me. I never received a call even after callingthis location from the same number and them answering. We have been loyal dominos customers for years, but we will findsomewhere else to go from here on. I just spoke to the manager about 2 problems at 10:35 Saturday night on 9/17/22 and he just blew me off and said ok. No... apologies or nothing. The evening of 9/16/22 a pizza was delivered to me and when I opened it there was about a 6 or 8 inchstrip of a cash register receipt stuck to the whole left side of the pizza that people's hands have handled. I didn't eat thatside of the pizza because of this. The problems with covid is why. The next problem that I know had nothing to do with thatwas I started throwing up like I had food poisoning so I asked him if he had anyone else complain about getting sick and hecoldly said no. I really didn't expect him to tell the truth in this day and time anyway. I was so sick and 24 hours later I'mfinally starting to get my strength back. I've never had a manager act that way. He was so cold and didn't apologize aboutanything. I let him know I was going above his head but he didn't seem to care. Read more
