If I could give it NO STARS I would . For a place who stays open pretty much all day , how do you only make ONE batch of Donuts?... I can understand if it was half day like these other donut spots but THE OWNER needs to make some changes here. I went to twodifferent locations today. Cooper in Arlington and Matlock in Mansfield. I?m from up north and these Dunkin? Donuts here inArlington/ Mansfield Texas REALLY DISAPPOINT. In the last 2 days I?ve gone early, afternoon and evening and not once did theyhave the BASIC OLD FASHION donuts. Is the staff just being lazy that they don?t want to make multiple batches? Or is the OWNERsaying to make ONE batch only of every kind? Please make this make sense. Read more
Drive thru was SO slow! When it was finally our turn to order, we were informed that ?the kitchen is closed?, and they were only... serving coffee and donuts. This was at approximately 11am on a Saturday morning. They didn?t have most of the seasonalitems/flavors that were advertised online. Once we got up to the window, we were informed that the computers were a little slowand we had to repeat our order. It took another several minutes from them to scroll through the computer to find it. Theemployees were friendly, but there?s no reason it should have been so slow if they were only serving coffee and donuts. Therewere several employees just standing around behind the counter. Sad morning. Served with half cup of Iced Coffee. When I told them about it, they said it is pre mixed. Didn?t want to argue in... the morning, so I just walked out. Never happened this with Dunkin. Update: THE COFFEE TASTES NASTY ???? NEVER COMING BACK.Shame on you Dunkin?. Ruined my Labor day morning with horrible coffee. One more update: The donuts here are old. I bought 1and half dozen of donuts, they are not fresh. Pretty sure they are from yesterday. No body is the house liked it (for the firsttime). SHAME! Read more
Those poor employees, running around like crazy, but still managing to give nothing but their full kindness to the many rude... patrons that frequent here. Whoever runs this locations needs to do better, best by dates are being completely ignored, firsttime in my life I have ever had a Caramel Macchiato that tasted rancid. The employees are pulling the weight, owners need to fixup or leave. Read more

Although today the drive thru line was backed up more than usual and took about 15 minutes to get my order, I?m giving them 5... stars due to the young lady who was one of two staff present for the day. I guess several staff didn?t show and they wereheavily overwhelmed. Even so, she stayed calmed, polite and professional and helped us as fast as she could. She apologized forthe delay (which isn?t her fault at all), smiled and wished me and my boys a good day. Promote her, give her a raise or both! Read more
