He gave a... courtesy call to ensure the order was accurate, provided suggestions in case there were changes as to what was in stock, andwhen to expect delivery. Delivery was quicker than expected. I made the order the night before and my order was delivered to mymother-in-law at noon the next day and she lives about an hour away.
