These people are actually incompetent . They messed up my latte 3 times and I have no idea how they manage to do that. I asked... them simple straight forward questions such as asking if they had any delivery stickers so I could top my cold drinks since theyhad no trays at all. But still they did not understand? How? Today I did a mobile order and had to wait over 20 minutes after it said it was going to be ready. That wasn't the issue, the... issue was the rude woman with the braids who worked there. Not only was she super rude to almost every customer there but mydrink after I got it was filled with ice barley any coffee, and it was horrible! I've been there before and have never had thisissue. I had to write this review because the way she talked to not only me but a few other customers was unacceptable. Youliterally work in customer service, if you can't handle the stress of working in a busy place without having a horrible attitudemaybe you should switch your job. Read more
