Online ordering never works. It?s only worked two times, and the first time the store informed me that they simply don?t have... what I already paid for so they can?t do my order. The other time they said they have no internet so they never got my order,told me to cancel it and then wouldn?t honor one of the online deals I had selected. The bell hop people they have stand thereand take your order just stare at you and say ?I don?t know? if you have a question after an uncomfortably long silence of juststaring at you, and sigh if you ask they can ask someone who does know. If it was just a one time thing or bad training, thenokay. But I?m talking three separate people out there seemingly trained to try to NOT let you place an order. Horribleexperience every time. this is literally the worst Taco Bell to go to. I would recommend to go to the one on the other side of town. Apparently it's... Taco Bell policy that they can take more than one order through the drive-through at a time and require that you go through asecond time if you want another order, no other Taco Bell I've been to has these rules and they refuse to serve me after mequestioning them and asking for the owner of the store to confirm that this is indeed, Taco Bell terms and conditions by usingtheir drive-through. to top it off there food is never any quality and their drinks are always low on syrup and flavor. 0/10 goelsewhere Read more

It is the only Taco Bell in two cities that you can actually walk & sit down and eat. All the other one you have to order online... and drive through. They claim it's because they're low staffed but the fact is the owners are just cheap and don't want to hireemployees.
