We enjoyed a fantastic lunch today. Everyone in our group thought their meal was delicious. My husband said the fried chicken... was the best he's ever eaten! Mallory our server was very kind & efficient. We will definitely be dining again soon. The bestpart was getting to see Joe on our way out! ???? Read more

This is the first time we ate here since the ownership changed. I would of given it 1 star if it was based on the big shrimp... meal that I ordered. It was bland, no taste at all. I had to add salt and dip the shrimp in sauce to give it some taste. I wouldtell anyone, don't order the big shrimp. Terrible. I would never give my guests shrimp like this. My shrimp has flavor. Makingthe dipping sauce optional. That's they way it should be. If you want to know what a good shrimp tastes like go to thefisherman's Outlet I Los Angeles on central Ave. They only reason I give this a 2 start is because my wife had the breadedwalleye and that was good. Good flavor not mushy. If you want better ratings make all of your food like this and not like theBig Shrimp dinner. We will not be going here again. We always go here before a play at the local theatre. Not anymore. Read more

I was a little nervous about going here this past Friday. Mainly because we had heard mixed reviews since the new management... started. We had always had great experiences before that. This time was no exception. It was really good. The onion rings were abit over cooked, but the rest of our meal was splendid. The main feedback Id give is that Id love to see a more updated menu.Keep the classics, but maybe add a few updated items to keep a new generation coming. Read more

Reading reviews prior to our dining experience I was a bit unsure if we should bring out of town guests. But everything was very... nice. We had prime rib, salmon, walleye and the French dip sandwich. Started the meal off with the onion rings and ended withthe Carmel covered bread pudding. I have to say the onion rings and French dip were the best I?ve ever had :). Everyone elseloved their meals too. Our server was Karen. Very friendly and accommodating. Yes, I will definitely return?and so will ourguests when they?re back in Rochester. It was a great time! Read more

Have been going to the Hubbell House ever since I was 6 years old. Have always had GREAT FOOD and Service. Many family... celebrations have been there. Went for the first time with new ownership on Sept. 21st with my wife. Not the good old HubbellHouse. Top sirloin steak was a half inch thick and my bacon cheeseburger had no bacon on it. My advice is you better step itup or you will lose all the loyal , local past customers that have been supporting this place for generations. Wish You All TheBest Read more
