We go to this location around 430 to 500 am, I have never received fresh food. As a matter of fact... " is it OK if I give you... curly fries cause the regular ones don't look good"... And I received old curly fries. My spicy chicken sandwich is always cold, missing cheese and old bread. I will not be visiting this location at this time any longer. We decided to give this place onemore try after speaking with a manager and getting our order replaced last week (cold, no cheese chicken sandwich) .... thismorning is it. This place is disgusting!! These pictures were taken last night and the night before. Both times I had to wait at least 20... minutes get the delivery that I was there to pick up. Not to mention the employees, they're all just standing around, cookingone thing at a time, no desire to help each or any customers coming in. Then get upset when the customers are upset. I'm asked to park at the front to wait for my order. No big deal, it happens all the time. This kid comes strolling out to bring... my order and he's got my bag in one hand and his cell phone in the other. He hands me the bag and I say "I need some sweet andsour and some ranch". His response, "she didn't put them in there? Man, I'm not even on the clock" and walks off! Well, not onlywere they "not in there", but my fries didn't make it "in there" either. I ate at this location on Friday 12/2 night and Saturday Rise 12/3. I saw the same manager working both shifts. On Friday, the... store seemed to be understaffed, but he kept his cool and everything was running smoothly. My food was hot and my fries werefresh without asking. I called the store on Saturday to give him kudos for a job well done to him and his teams. Sadly, I waitedon hold for about 30 minutes and he didn't come for me to ask his name, I'm not certain the lady who answered told him.
