I sat at the drive thru window being ignored for 15 minutes at an empty store. By the time someone came to check me in I waited... another 15 minutes and had to substitute one of my items bc my order wasn't done. The pizza tasted like it had been sitting forawhile bc it was cold and had a strange taste. The bread sticks were hard and the wings were cold and looked as if they'd justbeen thrown into the container. Worst experience at Pizza Hut I've ever had. I gave one star bc there's no option for 0 stars. Read more
The wings were not hot. Warm at best. Breadsticks were room temp and cup of sauce was cold straight from fridge. The pizza was... room temp. Cheese had no elacticity to it at all. I was there when it was suppose to be ready and only live 5 miles away. Noneof this should have happened. Plus had to wait 30min on a 15min order. 1/2/21 I ordered a specialty pizza & and a singletopping pizza for 23.10. The specialty pizza was cooked fine but the thin & crispy was over cooked. My guess is oven was toohot for thin items but just right for thick breaded items. Rather then remake and loose profit on wasted ingredients.......itwas pushed out the window as if everyone was blind to the condition of the thin pie. The cheese was dark and lacked any stretchappeal and was replaced with the crunch sound the you would compare to the crust. I dont complain to the store due to growing upin an era where retaliation replaces pizza with hair or spit. Thats why i can only voice my grievances after the fact so maybecorporate will actually do something. Next time, i will make my own. 9-4-22 Tried another pie. Placed order. Expected pick uptime was 50 minutes. After long wait , got pie after rude teen talkin smack at window. I ordered 18.00 worth but total at driveup was 6.00. I asked if that was right, was told about applied discount i didn know about then was told " i can just charge youthe 18 if you want". The pizza was cold and tasteless because it was ready in 15 to 20 minutes while the web site said 50minutes so.....i recieved it 30 minutes cold. Microwaving just makes it worse. If gas prices come down......would try leesvilleDomino's rather than Many pizza hut. Read more
This is the best Pizza like back when they first open . It only misses salad bar , but the side salad great .
Thin crust large meat lovers pizza was good. Salid bar needs to be opened, it's time.
