This sonic location is horrible, and I love sonic. First, they're NEVER open. I have visited this location at 3pm on a Friday... before only for it to be closed. The slushes are never icy, their ice cream machine is usually broken (it's SONIC!!!) Thestalls are usually broken or closed, so you typically have to go through the drive through and wait forever. And the employeesthat DO come to work can be rude. Wouldn't recommend. Read more
I put an order on the Sonic App and paid for my order on the app. I arrived at the restaurant and there are cones in front of at... least 2/3s of the stalls. I pulled into an open stall and checked in on the app and waited for 10 minutes and nothing, pressedthe call button and waited another 5 minutes and nothing. I called the store and nobody answered the phone. After about a 30minutes wait I left not receiving the product I had paid for. All store lights and stalls were still on, giving no indicationthat the store was closed. This is unacceptable, if there was a ZERO stars option I would give it that.
