Got to the store at 5:59pm and they wouldn?t let me enter even as it closed @ 6pm, though the door was open? a little upsetting.

Large store, clean, friendly staff, lots of parking!

I want for juice and staff was seated back side and talking over phone and not attained me properly. Also I want large size but... she completely denied to give even extra $$$. Very disappointed ???? Read more

I love the unbeetable smoothie they have! The cashiers were a little confused as to allergies and what was inside some of the... smoothies. For example, one of them said there was no honey in one of the balls but I only had to quickly google to see it was amain ingredients. It?s still a great place and they have good service. The smoothies are delicious. They do great with addingthings you want as well. Read more

Came in with a large order and Baljit working that day (by herself) completed all 7 orders quickly and even labelled all of them... for me. Great work! Read more

I would give 0 stars but unfortunately that's not an option. Karen was absolutely horrible to deal with. She made it so obvious... to the customers that she did not want to work by making us feel bad for coming in and ordering. Accused me of getting my orderwrong when I corrected her on the order. Overcharged me and then refunded the incorrect amount, she didn't know "how to dorefunds" so she just gave me money from the till. The way that myself and the other customers were treated at this location wasabsolutely disgusting, completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Read more

To Jamie Jupp, previous reviewer: Booster juice is located in Valley Fair Mall, which has well-labelled public washrooms. Few... standalone stores have them located inside, for example: Rogers Wireless, BC lIquor stores, etc. However, Starbucks next doorhas a washroom. It's not up to the employees to direct you anywhere unless you ask, so if a washroom is unavailable due to itbeing locked, out of order or absent from the premises entirely, then that isn't the fault of the business and doesn't warrant abad review. 8 months pregnant and mistreated. My wife and I had drove into Maple Ridge from New Westminster to pick up an item for our new... baby (due early 2018) when my wife said she was craving a smoothie and had to use the washroom. I found this location of boosterjuice, we ordered our drink and while the staff were preparing it my wife asked to use the washroom. It was at that moment wewere told she can?t cause they lost the key. In my opinion this unacceptable! On top of it all the staff showed no empathy orremorse, least they could do is direct us to the closest washroom. If I owned any type of business I would always ensure that Ihave the proper amenities for my clients, no matter what - no one excuses. The least you could do is put up a sign.
