I went in today and staff was NOT wearing gloves and handling money not acceptable especially with covid!!

I go there Pretty much everyday but BUT TODAY I WAS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR HOURS THEY CLOSE AT 6PM... Girl at the counter was so rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. She charged me to substitute a fruit as I have an... allergy. I have never been charged to change a fruit. After charging me to sub out a fruit she made my smoothie wrong. I knowbecause I get the same drink every time. Pick a different location to go to this one is a joke. Read more

I love this location and the two young ladies are wonderful and Pleasant to be around. My husband and I with our 2 children... love their service and the drinks always taste amazing!!! I choose this location every time because of how respectful the twoladies are???? Read more

Experience started great, the front line lady workers were extremely nice and had masks and gloves to protect customers from... covid. Owner/ manager of booster juice Maple Ridge- Westgate Centre, walked into the store, touching the door handle and whoknows what else and without wearing gloves, he starts making his own booster juice, touching all of the scoop handles andingredients. Very bad hygiene practise during the pandemic when being around food you're serving to the public! Read more

The place has gone down hill. A booster juice without a juicer kind of says it all. Its easy to see this place is looking for... every corner so that they can cut it to save a few bucks.
