Just got my poutine from this place 30 minutes back. Looks like they barely put gravy in it. Its so dry and all the cheese is in... middle. There was 3 girls they were so busy in taking. It could be a understandable if there was a big lineup of customers. Noone was in the store neither on a drive thru. Very poor customer service and presentation. Read more

I ordered a birthday cake the day before, the person who was taking the order wasn't listening as I had to spell his name... twice. The next day I went to pick up the cake and was greeted by a very rude lady. She slammed the cake down and walked away asI was trying to let her know I needed to check the name. Absolutely the worst! Done with this store. I was hoping, with time and staff changes, they would get better but nothing ever... seems to improve. Once again our order is wrong, for the umpteenth time. My partner ordered a Triple Chocolate Brownie icecream which is a hot brownie with ice cream, chocolate syrup and chocolate pieces and a dollop of whip cream...his only request:pecan pieces. He had his order repeated back to him and paid for his purchase and came home to give me my ice cream only to betold there was no pecans. The pecans are what make this dessert delicious, at least for me it does. The staff at this outletjust doesn't listen. Considering how much they've increased their prices it's just not worth the frustration and disappointmentto us to put our hard earned money with this kind of consistantly bad service. Read more

Ordered a cake - and stayed for dinner. Food was really good - unfortunately quite $$$ pricey. Cake turned out amazing!!
