I have gone to a couple different bubble tea shops and I really like this one. Even when they are very busy the serve you your... bubble tea as quick as possible and all the staff are very nice. I would say that they have some of the best bubble tea. Read more
Really slow service with 2 obviously new employees left alone on a busy Sunday. Fruit slushes were so watered down they tasted... like water. Floors were VERY dirty and sticky. Not recommended. ???? **Edit after manager response: Thank you for stepping upand helping on Sundays, it was a bad situation leaving those 2 young ladies there alone. There WAS someone who dropped theirbubble tea while we were there and one of the young ladies working hurried to clean it up, but the ENTIRE floor was very dirtyand looked like it hasn't been cleaned that from at least the day before. This is the second time I've visited Hello Bubble. Both times I got the taro slushy with coconut jelly, half sweet. They were... amazing! The staff are super friendly and kind. On my second order I forgot to ask for half sweet and I asked if they hadalready made it. They had and I said no worries, but they insisted on fixing it. She absolutely didn't have to, it was my fault.So nice of them. Highly recommend. They're my new go to for bubble tea! ???? Read more

Awesome spot for bubble tea! I definitely recommend the winter melon flavour with pearls. The price is fair and cheaper than... places in Vancouver for sure. A variety of flavours and the pearls are sweet. :) Read more
Food is good, service could be a bit more friendly but I think its a generational thing :) You know, the stare blankly during a... conversation, no smiles. The product is great! If you like coffee and sweet, try the vanilla with the coffee jelly! Read more
