Food was tasty, a little bit later than I'd hoped at collection, but very good none the less

Their customer service needs a serious attitude check. They forgot one of our dishes we ordered. When we called to get it... resolved they argued and said they wouldn't deliver the forgotten item and that it "costs them to much money to deliver an extraitem" even though it was their mistake in the first place. Not very impressed at all. Food is also kind of bland. Think we maybe looking for another place to get our Chinese food because that whole experience was just absurd. Read more

Not very good at all… $65 for chow mein, beef broccoli, ginger beef and almond chicken. It was incredibly bland, soggy and... thick breading on the almond chicken. Ginger beef drowning in sauce and onion-not crispy at all. The only thing that was ok wasthe broccoli. Wont be returning unfortunately. Read more

Straight up greasy, westernized Chinese food. Good prices, good portions. Typical flavours.

Was not very impressed at all, ordered like enough for a 3 person dinner and of course there was more than enough but the... quality left a lot to be desired. Almond chicken was anything but... The breaded chicken was terrible to much batter the kings style rice was terrible it was freezing cold like ice. It was strange... for a place that's been around as long as this one you think they would have figured out. How to make rice by now. I ordered thedinner for five and a special egg Foo young which was really good. I spent over a $100 on this meal and was so disappointed ifyou haven't figured it out yet. Then you should at the very least make it right I never complained to the restaurant. I wasn'tgoing back out in the rain all the way back to the restaurant so they weren't given the chance to correct it. So I guessbasically let's see if this is corrected $100 is alot when two of the meals weren't any good. So I got a dinner for four whichdidnt feed 6 people maddening. Read more
