So, this just happened. Ordered on line, 1 dbl. QP blt, no pickles, no cheese and 1 QP blt xtra pickles, xtra onions, xtra... bacon. So instead of making the dbl QP fresh, somebody decided that it would be a good idea to just pull the cheese off of theburger, leaving behind the remnants of melted cheese on in between the patties and on the side of the bun (I suspect the sameperson probably pulled the pickles off as well). Needless to say the burger was driven back and a new fresh burger was made,however due to the concern surrounding the first burger, I did quickly check the contents of my burger but failed to notice howcold it was (probably because they had to add to mine and not omit ingredients). I personally only order food (and I use thisterm loosely) about every 5 yrs. however I do like their chai frappes. This outlet is close to home so it would be the likelyone to stop at but I think I will avoid it in the future. The one star is given for the fresh made burger. By the way this isthe latest screw up in a long list of screw ups so if I could get away with zero stars, I would. Read more
The slowest service ever. Every morning, I am waiting 10-15 minutes for my cappuccino, and every-time I see that it is ready... they just not giving it to me, for some reason. Read more
Some sort of cloth in my Big Mac. Called and got no response Fries were not fresh at all (cold and soggy)
This has to be the worst McDonald?s I?ve gone to . Anytime I?ve ordered something my pop is all carbonation no flavour or they... forget something , but the worst is gong and getting milk shakes and they are straight liquid and when talking with a manager ,I was wrong and I couldn?t be correct about my problem ? what happened to management and proper training ??? Ps .. I don?t wantto be hearing 2 employees talking to eachother out loud about a skin infection and then seeing them handle food !!!! Read more
I was very disappointed with this location! After driving home from a camping trip on a Sunday morning, I thought I would go... through the drive thru for a quick snack. I ended up sitting in line, for what felt like 30 minutes. The car in front of me paidfor their food and were sitting at the drive thru window for the longest time, before driving away with no food. I guess theydidn?t want to wait any longer for their order! Terrible! I drove up to the window when it was my turn and I was not impressed,as probably detected in my tone of voice. I was not happy! The young boy handed me my food and just stared at me blankly, whilethe workers in the back were yelling at each other that they were all out of eggs at 9:30 in the morning! DO NOT go here - this is your warning. I went through the drive-thru with my family and they got 2 hot fudge sundaes and waffle... fries. The person that took our order and with whom we paid was not very friendly or customer oriented. At the pick-up window,we were handed a bag and luckily my brother opened up the box of fries - in it was a half-full mix of regular fries and wafflefries. We then saw them scooping out the fudge from the metal container, which was being scraped from the very bottom. Our?sundaes? were then given to us and it was a cup of ice cream with small chunks of rock hard ?fudge? on top. When we askedabout the sundaes, they said that they were out of the syrup. If they knew they were out of it, they should have asked if wewere OK with a substitute, but instead they just handed them to us (they definitely know better). After confronting them aboutthe sundaes, they topped them up with caramel and issued us new waffle fries. The sundaes were extremely disappointing and thefries were cold (even after being reissued to us). I would also like to add they did not seem to think anything was wrong withthis whole experience. I frequent the area and on the rare occasion I?ve gone to this McDonald?s, there?s been an issue. As acompany, I like McDonald?s for their consistency and normally friendly service; this location is an exception to that and shouldbe looked into by Head Office. Really disappointed. Read more
I just worked a 60 hour week and decided to treat the family to McDonald?s? I went out and picked it up and brought it back... home. Got home and found items missing? so now my dinner is back home getting cold while I?m waiting back in line at McDonald?sto complete my whole order. I was offered nothing for my inconvenience. I?ll be spending my fun money somewhere else and thisexperience was far from fun. I?m really tired of poor service. Read more
