I know this food isn't healthy. But multiple times I have received sub par food from this location. Pop with no syrup. Fries so... over cooked they are like Hickory sticks. When I called to inform them about my dissatisfaction the person on the phone was veryRude. Saying the food was fresh when they gave it to me. Then proceeded to say I didn't pay for the meal as it was a promo frompoint collected as that was an excuse to serve poor quality. I had to point out that I purchased a meal as well. This persononly agreed to replace the meal that I paid for at this point they can stuff it. I will never go to this McDonald's again. WishI looked on line to see their reviews first. Read more
Too bad a zero rating can't be given. Every single time I drive through here the order gets messed up, food is cold, quality is... sub-par. Always an excuse as to why it's never right. Tired of fast food taking so long by the time after an incorrect order andI drive back to get a replacement. Read more
Staff were friendly and pretty clean inside. Very disappointed in their New Mc Crispy. The only difference is the bun. Never... enough lettuce and dry chicken. Kids meal was decent. Read more
Has to be the absolute worst McDonalds. If you order Skip 9/10 you won?t get what you ordered. Drive thru same thing. And if... they tell you to pull into one of their waiting stations they actually forget you are there. Run by 16 year olds so ill givethem a break but no common sense or care here at all. Read more
I have been an avid visitor to this establishment for quite a while. I am friendly and never mean to employees. I have noticed... this place over the last 5 years turn down hill. Lately have been noticing my drinks only being filled 3/4 and no ice or evencooling system for the drinks. My drinks are now warm and not the actual amount of ounzes i paid for. Also, you run the riskafter 11pm any night of the week that this store closes down till the morning. I now have to drive to the other end of town oracross the bridge for late night food. I just want my go to place after work to be back to normal. After tonight, quite letdown. Well normally you see a 24 establishment maybe go down for a little bit to clean but when you close at 12:30 and not opentill 4am, that is misleading. Especially on the weekend. Ordered through drive thru and person taking order sounded liked they didn't even want to be there. Person who took out money... acted like they have never seen actual real money before and took forever to get $5 in change back. When we got to the windowwe still had to wait for our food despite it taking over 4 mins to get our change and our order was missing items so we had togo into the restaurant to get them after leaving drive thru window. Got home and began eating our food. One burger was missingthe bacon, one burger patty was missing half the meat and was half as thick as the other Big Mac patty. Read more
Dirty shopping floor. Dirty dinning tables and chairs as well. Ordering waiting time is very slow. Serve speed is super slow.... Foods taste just ok, temperature is a bit too cold. Employees are basically nice. Public washrooms available per request. Credit cards accepted. Free parking lot available. Read more
We have been going to this McDonald's for quite some time now and over the past 5 years it has gotten drastically worse. I can't... remember the last time I went to this location and they didn't pull me forward for at least 10 minutes. A couple weeks ago wewent there I waited 15 minutes for a fresh egg? If I knew it would have taken that long I would have took the muffin home andfried an egg myself. Today was the last straw. Went through the drive-thru completely dead not another single car in front of usor behind us. We ordered three breakfast sandwiches and a hash brown and once again they wanted to pull us forward to wait on afresh bagel. We asked them why do we need to pull forward if there's nobody behind us. The lady replied as soon as you've beenwaiting here for 10 seconds our policy is to pull you forward but I'll bring your food to you in less than 2 minutes. Aftertelling her that we thought it was redundant to pull forward for less than 2 min she then told me to pull forward and I'll bringyou your food in 5 min..so just like that the wait time more than doubled.
