This is absolutely hands down the worst McDonald's ever like THE WORST. Try to avoid this location! The service is so bad, it... is one of the slowest. They might be open 24hrs but you can't get most of the things you want. I honestly don't know what it iswith this location. Maybe the manager doesn't care at all about customer service. Their ice cream machine and coffee machine isnot working especially later at nights like past 10 pm. I think i know what's going on. The kids working there cleans up themachines before thier shifts end so they don't have to serve anyone. The only reason I come to this place because it's closestto me but I will never ever come here again. I hope something changes here. Read more

This McD's is probably the slowest one I've ever been to. If you're in the drive-thru, you'll be there for 5 minutes. If you go... inside, you'll be lucky to leave with your food before the 20 minute mark. I get it, it's a busy location, but they never seemto be adequately staffed to handle the volume. Also check the contents of your bag (especially if you're a drive throughcustomer), they have a habit of forgetting items. Read more

Walked in and was ignored at the counter for over 5 minutes. Decided to use the self ordering machine and after the tedious... process of putting in my order the card terminal kept giving me an error message after tapping OR inserting my card. ALLMcDonald's are slow for eat ins these days but this place is extra slow. Read more

Ordered from the terminal but had to pay in cash. It took about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and the manager who took... out money didn't say one single word to us, pointed to the total and took our cash. She then handed us our change WHILE turningaround and walking away. No thank you, no see ya later, nothing. You know, at first I was very much against the orderingterminals, but I've come to find they're more conversational than the staff. Thanks for the service, Ch******e! Also, waiting 12minutes for an iced coffee while people are standing around shouldn't be a thing. Read more

The management yells at the children they have working. They give attitude and make you wait over 20 minutes for a burger and... drink. Every single time I?ve been here the drive through has requested I pull forward and wait. Average wait time of 10-20minutes. Will not be coming back and I encourage anyone thinking of spending money here to go across the street to A&W instead.With the exception of one polite blonde male manager the others were horrible to even talk to. Treated me like I was aninconvenience for the menu items THEY didn?t have. They didn?t have, yet took payment for anyway. Honestly just an absolutelyterrible experience. Read more

Ordered a Grand Mac Combo, extra onions bacon. Sounds simple. What I got was an extra mac with no onions, no bacon, and 4x Big... Mac Sauce. Literally a Soup in Mac Sauce. This location is an embarrassment. Management has proven to be consistentlyincompetent, turnover is far to high to adhere to both food safety and McDonalds standards. This location makes enough saleshowever that they will never fix it. I urge senior executives from head office to send people to the establishment several timesto test. The service and quality of product is ABYSMAL even compared to other locations. And its like this consistently. Evenwhen they do improve its temporary because they can only hire kids who will only work there a few weeks before they get anotherbetter paying job at any one of the other establishments in the immediate area. When I tell you its shameful quality, I say sowith complete sincerity. See for yourself. I will often choose the A&W across the street. Read more

I ordered breakfast via the kiosk and yet again, the printer did not work. This time it didn't even show my my receipt number. ... So I was standing there trying to figure out my number. As I see people after people get their order, I'm wondering what kindof system are they running? I also see that the people who order in the restaurant are second class citizens to the drivethrough window. We are basically trash from what I can tell. Anyways after 15 minutes of waiting I get my order and I onlyknew because I had to ask what it was when they threw out the number. As I picked up my order, I told the counter person thatthey should fix the printers as it never worked for me. Their response was "too bad" as they were walking away. That's somegreat service from this restaurant. My advice, go somewhere else like A & W across the road. Read more

Entered this location for a dine-in experience. Used the restroom facilities first and found it in a disgusting state ????. Then... proceeded to the counter to place our order, they didn't even acknowledge us, we waited and waited until we decided just to gothrough the drive-thru. Ordered 2 seperate cheeseburgers (amongst other items), one with no onion, and the other with no pickle.The cheeseburger with the "no onion" sticker on it had zero toppings. The cheeseburger with the "no pickles" sticker on it, hadpickles on it, and no onions ????.... this is by far the worst mcdonalds and the worst fast-food establishment I've ever beentoo.
