In short, Restaurant cold. Coffee & soup cold. Drinks were either unavailable or wrong. Long wait for water & place settings.... Table was never cleaned of unnecessary stuff. I got referred to this place from a friend and it did not disappoint! We went there for my mother-in-law's birthday and it was... perfect. The place was warm and cozy inside, we arrived right at 5pm for dinner. The waitress was super friendly and as soon asyou walked in you could smell the amazing food. The dinner was delicious and we had amazing left overs the next day! They gavean on the house dessert with a candle for my mother-in-law and we were all smiles. By far the most amazing head chef/manager and also food I?ve experienced around here. After a miscommunication about my order,... he went out of his way and drove it out to us personally. This has always been my go to restaurant since I came to Maple Ridge 21 years ago. I have only had one time that the food was... not presented well and mixed up but the supervisor fixed that immediately. Last night went on date night with hubby and was sopleased again had a fantastic waiter (William) he's new as of four months but he is a great addition to this company. The foodwas terrific and the kindness of the staff goes along with the flavor of the food thank you so much for being on top of my listfor go to restaurants in Maple Ridge always a great and new experience each time. Went for the lunch special, an incredible value at just $10 for Focaccia Bread, Salad, and Pasta... However it was all very... mediocre, I didn't expect much for the price and got exactly what I paid for, the sauce was very lacking in flavour and quitedisappointing. Read more

After a long time a good meal in a very friendly environment. Thank you very much for the good service and management. Only 1... star out of 4 due to lack of espresso.
