They say to be open till 11pm yet the times I?ve gone in the kitchen is closed as of 10:45pm ? So then what?s the purpose of... staying open till 11? Perhaps change the hours for when the kitchen IS open or hire workers that aren?t there to hang out onthere phone till closing. sorry not down to be a hater but since they were pretty rude I think it needs to be called out. Had to happen eventually. One star ????. Order was nearly 20 min later than the 30 min promised. Not the first time had... issues either. Pizza order not right before. Got the wrong type of wings. They frequently don't have one or more things onthe menu available. Read more
To this particular pizza hut's management. Ordered a pizza today at 9 and got a confirmation that it will be delivered in 30,... cool!. Called your customer service rep after an hour+ wait and even they got embarrassed coz they were unable to connect me toyour store to ask what's goin on?. Went to your store and it was closed before your actual closing time. Took the mentioned picat 10:30 PM. Check your staff. Worst experience. Read more
