I came here for the first time since their renovations and they look great. The seating is comfortable everything is very clean.... Our waitress Kirsten was amazing, she was so nice and helpful. It was a very busy night about an hour before close, we were seated quickly (family of 5) drinks orders taken and brought right... away, food order taken and brought out fairly quick considering how busy they were and all mods made perfectly. Bathrooms werevery clean and resturant was very clean especially for end of night after a busy service. Our server was awesome, unfortunatelydidn't get her name but she was very kind, helpful and astute. We don't live close to this location but will still be back!Highly recommend and a very nice decor. We usually enjoy having food in Red Robin, we went to this branch(meadow) for the first time. Each person in our group got... burgers, but I ordered Ensanada chicken platter which is a bowl of salad (lettuce, tomato, cheese, tortilla chips, and side ofsalsa) and grilled chicken creast on top. It comes with a side, which I chose Fries! But when it came I got shocked! It was atray filled with fries and a side of poor chicken breast!! I told the lady that it is not my first time ordering this, it shouldcome with salad and in a bowl! She said oh my bad, let me bring salad for you, then she came back with a side of normal saladthat they usually serve with other meals on the side!!! I told her the salad that comes with my meal is different. She said ohlet me bring that then...then came back with a side of salad that should be...I really expect that she brings me the whole mealin the way that should be...not everything separately like that! during this time all my friends finished their food!! We usually love our visit to Red Robins but we?re very unsaturated today. Today we came there to celebrate my sons 16th... birthday. They tried wearing us in a tight area with another family right next to us. Definitely not COVID friendly. They let ussit at another table when we mentioned it to them. We ordered Spinach and artichoke dip and it came with the rest of the food.The chips were burnt and cold as well as the dip. The fish and chips I got was also cold, heavily battered and hard. Thewaitress was not in a good mood. She did not wish my son a Happy Birthday even though we told her 2x that it was his birthday.She did not bring his order because she said she though he was sharing with my husband even though they ordered different meals.I asked about a birthday dessert and she said he didn?t get one because he was not part of the royalty program. First time going in years, we had a great experience! We ordered one Oreo cookie shake to split, our waitress offered to pour it... into 2 glasses, they also topped both with whipped cream and Oreo crumbles! We never order the tower of onion rings because ofhow big they are but, they now have a smaller one that comes with 6 rings called The O-Ring Shorty, genius! I ordered thesouthern charm burger, soo delicious! And my boyfriend ordered the Smoke & Pepper, he foolishly made his monster style by addingan additional patty, which he could not finish ????
